The kids were so excited to go camping this weekend, as admittedly was I.
We did so much I surely will not be able to post all of the pictures but there were a few highlights. When we arrived all Charlie wanted to do was to go kayaking. We were able to hold him off a bit with the splash pad and multiple playgrounds. Although at the splash pad he had the most fun turning the shower on and off, Michelle however loved running around it the water.
It was all fun and games until Daddy got on the swing and everyone wanted to push him. This picture cracks me up!!
We took turns and everyone was happy again.
We did some swimming,
and even met some pirates!
At last it was time for what Michelle has been waiting for for weeks......"roasting marshmellows"
It is safe to say both kids loved them!
The next morning Charlie started on a mission to find Chippy. When we did he was SOOOO excited. When we saw him again he was still excited....in fact, I am not sure we are going to get his Chippy shirt off him over the next week. We even got to go on a hayride with Chippy.
The rest of Sebago will be coming tomorrow as the videos of the kids first time minigolfing are on Mike's phone.
We had a great day today. The kids stayed at Nani and Grampa's last night and when I showed up Nani was playing baseball with Charlie. The next thing I knew Charlie had Grampa pulling him around the backyard. I love how his feet are popping out of the bucket.
Charlie then decided to try taking Grampa for a ride but quickly learned that was impossibe and not nearly as much fun.
We then proceeded to Dowses beach with a bunch of high school ladies, although we were missing quite a few too, it was a great time!!! I tried to get several pictures of the kids because I actually had my camera but they were not cooperating much. These silly "cheeeeese" ones do make me laugh (especially Charlie's hair)
Fortunately for me Lily really wanted to say cheese. How cute is she?!?!?
After naps we headed to the club for a magician. It was a little old for the kids but they did okay. Charlie waiting patiently to go inside with his cousin Nick.
