My Birthday!

I woke up to a cake which of course the kids wanted for breakfast!


We then went to the fair which was quite fun!! (Augh having problems rotating pictures!!!)

I didn't realize how funny this picture was until now, looks like someone is getting ready for lunch, ha ha.



Michelle had a little fried dough with her powdered sugar!









Charlie even got to help a magician!



I am truly blessed!!

First row boat ride and reptiles

The kids have been looking forward all week to the reptile show at the club, Charlie thought it was hysterical and little did Michelle know she would hold a "gator" !!!

Charlie's fish tale!!

Today was a perfect day to go fishing. Michelle was pretty excited.

Grampa brought the worms and got everyone set up.




Before we knew it Charlie's line was tight and he pulled this bass up!


He was so proud of himself it was really cute!!

In true fisherman form he exaggerated a bit when asked what size his fish was, :-)

We then went for this years first swim in the middle of the lake. It was Charlie's first time and all he kept saying was "I love this, I love this"



Relaxing after all that fun!!

First day at the ocean

Well, we finally made it to the ocean yesterday and the kids and I can't wait to go back. In some ways the ocean is much easier than the club because the kids aren't going in a million directions. We had so much fun playing in the waves and thanks to Auntie Kelly Michelle got to go deep, :-)

I don't know why this picture is being rotated but it still makes me laugh. Michelle and Charlie went and saddled up right next to this woman and we have no idea who she is. I went to take a picture of their three backs lined up but the kids had moved. The kids had been talking to the woman for a few moments when her friend came over to help her up. We are still not sure if her friend was rescuing her from my children or if she had fallen and we missed it!! Kelly and I were happy to note that in the years to come this may be us, LOL!!


And just a lazy morning at home!

Starting July out right

We had our first cucumber, I forget what kind these are "burpless?"


The kids had a lunch date with a surprise guest...

Michelle was so funny, the entire ride home she kept saying "that was so nice of Claudia to surprise us".

We then went to the fireworks in Yarmouth which were great!





Charlie made himself right at home
