Too much soccer

After 15 minutes of soccer (literally I mixed up the times and arrived for a 9:00 game at 9:45, LOL) Michelle was exhausted.

Roger Williams Zoo

What kind of pose is this?!?!?!?!?! (Okay, truth be told he didn't want to stand with the girls)

I love, love this picture!!!

The kids loved seeing all of the animals. We didn't even see the entire zoo before we left but here are a few of our favorites.

Michelle was particularly fond of this flamingo because it had "my number" on its leg.

Soccer 2010

Michelle had her first soccer game today. She was so excited to go this morning.

When we got to the field she saw a TON of her friends from school. She thought she was the mayor running around saying hello to everyone. Then she received her team shirt. She is #6.

She enjoyed practice but didn't really want to put her ball down.

The coach finally convinced her to put it down and kick it.

She was excited for the game but unfortunately the tides changed when she was knocked over by a boy that was twice her size. (Seriously, I can't believe he was 5) At least she went into it with a positive attitude.

Gardening with Dad

It is nice to know that my camera can take what I deem a nice picture even if the kids (and in particular Michelle's hair) don't cooperate.

My handsome boy after his well overdue haircut!!

Happy Easter 2010

Yesterday we went to see the Easter bunny and his "side chick".

This morning the Easter Bunny came!!!!

Michelle was SOOOOO excited this morning. The Easter Bunny didn't get the baskets in their proper place before bed, therefore when the kids came down they thought he/she didn't come, poor kids. When they saw the baskets they were simply thrilled. Most of our conversations for the past 3 weeks have been regarding what color Peeps they wanted the Easter Bunny to bring them. They each took a half a bite and decided they didn't like them!! Perhaps they are like me and will like them slightly stale. Charlie stuck by his basket but once Michelle realized there we eggs to be hunted she was off.

Now that the kids are hyped up on candy, Mike has gone off to work. Lovely, :-)

We hope everyone is blessed this holiday.
