Aquarium

Today we were able to share a very special day with Moezy and Grace. We are so fortunate to be part of their tradition and look forward to many years to come. Today's special day was a mystery ride to the New England Aquarium. We all had a great day!!!

Amy and Lily were able to join us for a bit which was so nice!! I love Lily in both of these pictures.

Isn't this picture so Charlie (hiding behind the statue and poking his head out for the picture)?

Cody's Party and Matthew and Jack's Game

Last weekend was quite busy for us with parties and hockey games. First we attended Cody's gymnastics birthday party which was great fun for the kids and adults who played in the pit. Wish I had taken pictures of that!

Michelle telling the birthday boy a story, poor Cody looks confused.

On Sunday we went to see Jack and Matthew skate. It is funny I still remember going to one of their very first games when it really shouldn't have been called hockey as most of the kids were just falling all over the ice. The are so great now!

Winter Fun

One of the kids favorite snow time activities is coloring the snow. It turns it it is even cooler when you are allowed to go out in the dark to do it!!!

Mike and I were then subjected to a photo shoot by Michelle. I apparently should have brushed my hair!!!!!

Poor Zoe, Michelle followed her around the house telling her to sit.

Wave Pool

Nani started a great tradition with the older grandchildren to get a hotel room at the Cape Codder to use the wave pool for their birthdays. This year Jenn and I decided to join with the little ones in the morning. What a blast the kids had!!

Thanks Nani!!

Michelle is 5!!

Five, can you believe Michelle is already 5?!?!?! I really can't believe this day has already come.

We started her birthday celebration at our Christmas celebration with Nana Doe. I did a practice ladybug cake but was told that ladybugs don't have white faces, good thing it was a practice cake!!!

It really is too bad Michelle is not excitable in any way!

The little kids received matching pj's from Nana Doe before we left.

Michelle woke up on her birthday to the Zoom CD and we danced around before opening presents. Michelle quickly saddled up next to her pile of things.
And did a great job sharing with her brother!!

Since Michelle's birthday was on a school day we made some ladybug cupcakes to bring in.

And after two parties it was time for her third and final one which was complete with a puppet show by Ms. Mary!!!!

The kids loved it!!!

Then it was time for a proper ladybug cake with a black face! Again, Michelle wasn't very excited.....

Thanks to all who helped us celebrate our little ladybug!!!
