Beach in November

We have gone from sweaters and jeans on the beach in MA to the warm sunny weather of FL beaches!! It is no suprise Michelle has made friends whom we have actually run into at various places on our trip, the zoo, dinner the other night. It is quite funny to me for some reason to "know" people when we go out!




I am hoping to get some surfing/wave pictures today. Yesterday was the first day they were really big and although scared at first Michelle quickly realized how much she really enjoyed them!!

Naples 2010

We have once again arrived in Naples for our annual Thanksgiving trip. The weather has been amazing thus far and the kids are having a blast. We couldn't have been here more than 5 minutes before Michelle was in the pool and she really has not stopped since!!




Charlie is enjoying the pool but is not quite as brave as Michelle yet!




For Thanksgiving we went to Mimi and Grampy's golf club and the kids looked so cute if I do say so myself!!




After dinner the kids brushed up on their putting skills, or more precisely moving flags and throwing balls.






Charlie's curls really are coming out in the humidity!!

WYLC in November

Brilliant

No pictures but I don't want to forget this one.......

Charlie has a fairly new student at his school who speaks Spanish as her primary language and is learning English. Today at circle time, apparently the little girl was playing off to the side as she is not completely into the routine yet. Charlie went up to his teachers and said "I want to go over there and speak Spanish to Erika". What a simply brilliant way to get out of circle time, LOL.

Photo Shoot

I have a friend who is just breaking into the photography business, fortunately for us she wanted some test clients. She does nice work as you can see. Her website is up and coming but check her out.

Raking the yard/jumping in the leaves

I love photos of kids in leaves for some reason! Not much has changed since last year, we rake the kids play and ruin the piles.

LA Bound

Michelle had to bid fairwell to her first school friend today. Although they have been in different schools since our move it was always fun to get them together and know that her first made friend was around the corner. As always they were very cute together.




Playing in the leaves was one of the highlights for Michelle.

Costume mania

Nani being the bargan shopper that she is found some great costumes on sale this week. I told her she should have waited until Christmas to give them to the kids but they are sure glad she didn't wait. Charlie has been Spiderman since he received it on Monday.



He had to put on his Ironman costume to match Michelle.


Michelle also received a mermaid costume.....


....and a new Snow White costume. The funniest part of this is that Nani looked at the package when she brought it over and noticed it said "apple not included" she responded by saying who would think an apple would be in it. Well of course the moment Michelle got the costume after school that was what she was most excited about. She really wanted the apple pictured. LOL. Fortunately I had one handy.
