Not wanting to miss out on the excitement in town we quickly went to Bray Farm yesterday to check out the new lambs! We were advised to go around feeding time to get up close (apparently they are being hand fed and you can pet them) but unfortunately that didn't work with our schedule. Maybe later this week. The kids had fun anyway. Charlie thought he was the chicken whisperer.
What a day to be outdoors! Too bad I hear the rain is making its way back here. Charlie thought it was a bit warmer than it was but he was washing the cars so I didn't mind so much.
We also had a very busy morning playing baseball at Nani and Grampa's, Michelle didn't participate as she went in to get a book and the next thing we knew she was sound asleep.
We even managed to fit a visit with Emma in. What a day, I am exhausted!!!!!!
Charlie: I want some more alligator Mommy Me: What do you want Charlie? Charlie: More alligator please. Me: Alligator? Charlie: Yes the red stuff Me: Ohhhh, Gatorade.
Ha ha, he is so funny!!!!
At least I got one picture before the silly faces began......
Charlie had his first swimming class without me today. Since he has been super clingy I didn't think it would go well however you can see he did perfectly fine. I didn't want to go into the pool area for pictures for fear it would go south but you get the idea with these photos.
We then went to pick up Michelle at school and Shawny gave him a bag of pads, we of course had to put them all right on!!!
I really wish I brought my camera with me today, but the camera in my phone will have to do. We had a fun filled day with cousins Molly and Shawn.
Waiting for Auntie Jenn to arrive....
Playing with cousins....the first picture is a classic!!!
On the ride home we decided to get the girls hair cut which left us time to check out a new playground.
Then it was time for hair cuts. Since Shawn ended up getting one too Charlie was having a fit because he wanted his done. Fortunately one of the ladies sat him in her chair and combed it for him!! The girls even got their nails done, the best $9- I have spent in awhile!!
Saturday we went to the parade. The kids had fun running around and then hanging out by the command post. Charlie was entertained quite a bit by the traffic cones and Michelle by the chairs in the van. It pays to know people, lol.
That night we had people over to celebrate Charlie's birthday. Although I didnt take many pictures he truly enjoyed himself. He even managed to convince Nani into the ball pit!!
The ball pit proved to be fun both right side up and upside down!
