"Apple picking is so much fun we pick the apples one by one....'

We had a terrific day and Smolak farms today. It was so packed, we couldn't believe it when we pulled in!! This was our third year and it was by far the busiest we have encountered. It didn't deter us from getting lots of apples though.

While we waiting for everyone to gather and buy some of the delicious donuts, Charlie really wanted his picture taken in this cut out. I of course couldn't have a picture of one and not the other.

Charlie also enjoyed hiding inside signs:

Once we all gathered we headed for the apples where the kids literally jumped right in and started picking before we even had our bags:

Charlie quickly learned he wanted the ones from the trees not the ground:

Michelle was the conscientious picker while Charlie simply enjoyed flexing his muscles trying to pull the apples. About halfway through he started laughing every time he would pull and get get one. It was cute.

It should be noted in this last picture he was eating an apple as well. We lost count of how many apples he sampled this year.

Hanging with cousins:

Michelle and Mike on the hayride, when did she become so silly?

Back at the Kramer's house Charlie loved all the helmets, are we suprised?
